Back again with my blog, so in this time I will share in my blog about " My Experienced of Joining the Competition ", so let's start!
In the framework of the 66th UKI anniversary, there were several competitions held such as student debate competitions, entrepreneurial and business competitions, essay writing, and short videos.
Me and my friends (Donna and Iin), we took part in a debate competition between students which was held on October 12-13. on the 12th of October was the first debate competition held at 8 am, we were very insecure because this was the first time my friend and I took part in the debate competition, and for me this was my first race because I had never participated in a competition before. I am very happy that finally I was able to enter the race even though I lacked confidence and lacked material, but my friend and I did not give up and try to give my best.
In the first session of the debate competition, we were close to mastering the material, but we were not good at expressing our opinions, so we lost this round.
in this second session we tried to be more confident but we lost because our material was incomplete.
and in the last session we almost gave up and resigned but we still continued the race and we lost in three sessions.
Even though my friend and I lost the race, we made it an experience and learning for us to prepare ourselves more in the future and to be more active in learning and not lazy to read.
